Joe Kessi
Three decades of disciplined residential real estate, built on transparency and investor alignment.
Joe Kessi is the founder of Fidelis First and the architect of the firm's disciplined, data-driven approach to residential real estate investing. His career spans more than 25 years and over 1,000 transactions across acquisitions, entitlements, development, and exits — primarily focused on the West Coast residential market.
Joe began his career with his first fix-and-flip in Seattle before college, and has since led work across single-family flips, subdivisions, condominium conversions, midrise developments, brownfield remediation, hospitality, and LEED-certified construction. That breadth of experience underwrites Fidelis First's ability to navigate complex residential projects others overlook.
Joe is also the creator of the BOGO Method, a proprietary framework for identifying inefficiencies in residential land that produce a built-in margin of safety. He teaches the method through Fidelis First's investor community and continues to lead underwriting and sponsor strategy across the firm's portfolio.
